We discuss budget parameters openly so the design process starts on solid ground.

Full 3D rendered bathroom designs, a curated product specification from our European brand partners, material sample boards and detailed layout options. We refine the design through as many iterations as needed — the design must be perfect before we proceed.

A fixed-price proposal covering every element: design, product supply and installation. Transparent payment staging — 20% deposit, 40% at first fix, 40% at completion. A clear scope of works, agreed timeline and formal contract. No hidden costs, no ambiguity.

All products ordered through our established European trade accounts. Every item is quality-checked on arrival and staged for delivery to your project at precisely the right moment. You receive tracking updates throughout and never need to chase a supplier.

Our specialist team works to an exacting standard, with the project managed on site daily. You receive progress updates with photography at every stage. Your home is protected with dust sheets, the site is cleaned daily, and the project runs to the agreed timeline.

A detailed walk-through and snagging inspection with you present. Product care guides and warranty documentation for every fixture. Professional photography of the completed project. Backed by our two-year studio guarantee, with extended care available for up to five years.
